Privacy – Notice at Collection

Legal Data Intelligence or “LDI” is an initiative of Relativity ODA LLC (“Relativity”). Relativity is the owner of legaldataintelligence.org (the “LDI Site”) and the organizer of the LDI initiative, but Relativity operates LDI separately from Relativity’s core businesses. This Privacy - Notice at Collection explains Relativity’s use of Personal Data (as defined below) collected online via the LDI Site and offline at LDI in-person events.

Relativity collects and uses Personal Data for the LDI initiative in accordance with the Relativity Privacy Policy. To access the Relativity Privacy Policy, please click here. If you are a California resident, you can access the information required under the California Consumer Privacy Act’s Regulations related to Notices at Collection here. Relativity is committed to the lawful, fair, transparent, accountable, accurate, confidential, and limited collection and processing of Personal Data. Because LDI is operated separately from Relativity’s commercial business, this Privacy - Notice at Collection provides information on how you may exercise your privacy rights for LDI (either in addition to, or separately from exercising your rights with respect to Relativity alone). This Privacy - Notice at Collection also clarifies that for the LDI Site, the LDI Cookie Policy applies, which is separate and distinct from Relativity’s cookie policy linked from the Relativity Privacy Policy. Depending on applicable data protection laws, you have the right to send us a request to access, obtain a copy, correct, delete, object, withdraw consent or limit the use and disclosure of your Personal Data. Relativity does not Sell or Share Personal Data Collected for LDI

Relativity will not Sell or Share Personal Data collected with respect to the LDI initiative with third parties. Your Personal Data collected with respect to LDI will be used by Relativity to fulfill your request to exercise your privacy rights.
